New Moon Therapy is committed to providing contemporary, holistic care, creating a space for new beginnings and deep, transformative conversations. Our practice emphasizes soul alignment and goes beyond weekly concerns, focusing on the whole person. We bring new-age perspectives to address our clients' unique struggles and utilize innovative modalities like Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, and Brainspotting to support effective, lasting healing.

Our fees are as follows:

$225 per 60-minute Initial Intake for new clients

$200 per 50-minute Individual Therapy Session

$275 per 90-minute Brainspotting Session

Payment is due at the time of service by credit or debit card. New Moon Therapy is a cash pay practice and not in network with any insurance.

Research shows that the quality of the therapist-client relationship is the most crucial factor for success in therapy. To ensure the right fit, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for all new clients.

This initial consultation is a brief meet-and-greet, designed to:

✦ Answer your questions about therapy, explain how it works, and confirm that your therapist is the right fit for you.

✦ Allow us to understand what brings you to therapy, review a brief history of your challenges, and identify your goals.

✦ Share information about our training, experience, and the therapy process.

✦ Discuss scheduling and financial policies to ensure clarity and alignment.

Individual Therapy for Adults

We provide 60-minute initial intake sessions for new clients, 50-minute individual therapy sessions, and 90-minute Brainspotting sessions, all tailored to meet your unique needs.

Each session is a collaborative journey where we explore the current season of your life, blending your strengths, challenges, and perspectives with our psychodynamic approach. Sessions are typically conversational and unstructured, allowing organic insight into how past experiences shape your present. We draw from various therapeutic orientations, including Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, Grief Informed practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Techniques may include trauma processing, self-compassion exercises, journaling prompts, regression and/or past life exploration, and psychoeducation to enhance your understanding of emotional responses, physiological systems, and grief processing.

Sessions generally occur weekly to build consistency and progress, with each visit offering new insights or actions to explore during the following week. You may receive recommended reading or "homework" tasks that relate to our session themes, enhancing your growth between appointments.
